This set of glasses may be the first glasses ever given away.  They date from 1959-1960.  Note, there was also a similar set (see below) given away the following year, the cars differ slightly, and the size of the glasses are slightly larger.  These glasses were given-away or sold four at a time, see below.
Note:  All the glasses in this series have this Pegasus Logo on the front of the glass, just below the picture of the car.  Also, above the car is the logo of the individual automobile company.
